The Ministry of Civil Service facilitated the first virtual training on “Effective Performance Management” on 15-16 June 2021.
A total of 17 civil servants participated in the two-day virtual training from various Ministries including participants from the Northern, Western Division and Central Division.
Effective Performance Management training aims to provide participants with the understanding of the benefits and effectiveness of managing performance, strategies to use when guiding employees and ensuring the achievement of the organisational as well as individual goals. The participants are to undertake the implementation of the training learnings at their respective workplace to enhancing productivity in their team.
After the success of this virtual training, the Ministry will roll out all other training programmes including Selection Panel Readiness, Investigation Officers training, Effective Job Application & Interview Skills, etc. within the next few weeks.
